The Head Chef: Axel Devillers
As a graduate of the École hôtelière provinciale de Namur, he has been a deeply involved member of the kitchen at the Chateau for over 20 years. He was awarded the title of Head Chef in 2017. We owe him consistent quality, consistently fresh ingredients, and a gourmet selection, to the delight of our private and corporate guests, as well as groups couples.
The dishes evolves towards a modern and resolutely high-quality trend thanks to these young talents, the students of the École hôtelière provinciale de Namur, resulting in a cuisine described as inventive classics.” This subtly blends French gastronomy with notes of “world cuisine.”
